The Master of Leadership program is designed for those existing and emerging leaders within Christian Venues Association membership who are looking to both formalise their existing skills as well as develop and expand their skills and knowledge so as to work more effectively within their chosen ministry and vocation.
The Master of Leadership program is an internationally recognised qualification, fully approved by the Australian Government’s Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency. The qualification is delivered through CVA’s education partner, the Australian College of Ministries (ACOM). Whilst tailored to those currently involved in the Christian camping environment, the course has been designed to ensure that the skills and knowledge acquired prior to working in this sector, are able to be recognised. Additionally, the skills and knowledge gained will be transferable to other vocations and ministries.
The course has been designed to work within the busy and varied professional life that exists for Christian Venues member sites, with the majority of the work being able to be completed online via a series of readings and assignments. To assist in anchoring the learning, many courses have a 3 day workshop where a student will be surrounded by like minded professionals who share the same passion and desire for learning. These workshops will be facilitated by a carefully-selected, skilled professional with extensive experience in the field of study being examined. The program, anchored in business principles, is designed for all who wish to continue to develop and expand their knowledge.
