SITE ENVIRONMENT: The Rectory - A five minute walk from the town centre, this old heritage listed Rectory is set on a large block of land with expansive grassed areas. Clifton Cottage - A 15 minute drive from town, this modern cottage is set in the upper Kangaroo Valley. The views surrounding it are breathtaking.
DISTANCE AND DIRECTION FROM Sydney: Located approximately 2 hours from Sydney between the Southern Highlands and Shoalhaven districts.
ACCOMMODATION: The Rectory - Maximum 20 people in 5 bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms. Clifton Cottage - Maximum of 12 people in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
ADDITIONAL:
PROVIDED: Mattress, 1 pillow and blanket on each bed.
CATERING: Self catered in fully equipped kitchen.
FACILITIES ON SITE: The Rectory - combined lounge/dining area with seperate meeting room, slow combustion stove, the covered verandah boasts views of the valley, Barbeque. Clifton Cottage - Large open plan lounge/dining area with seperate sunroom. A huge raised verandah boasts spectacular views. Gas heating, air conditioning, TV with DVD/VCR player.
OUTDOORS: Both Cottages have large grassed outdoor areas.
FACILITIES OFF SITE: All the attractions of Kangaroo Valley and other beautiful Southern Highland towns, including Bowral and Berry.
