SITE ENVIRONMENT: A contemporary site, situated in a peaceful environment only 5 minutes walk from the beach with surrounding Illawarra escarpment views.
DISTANCE AND DIRECTION FROM WOLLONGONG: 10 mins north from Wollongong CBD
ACCOMMODATION: THEVENUE is entirely set under one roof which is fantastic for small to medium size groups and provides accommodation for up to 54 guests with each bedroom including a vanity cabinet, sink and built-in wardrobe.
ADDITIONAL: The Meeting Room/Chapel can also be used as a family room or childrens room.
PROVIDED: Mattress with base sheet & pillow with pillow case. BYO Additional bedding & Towels etc.
CATERING: THEVENUE has been specifically designed as a self-cater site.
FACILITIES ON SITE: A large fully equipped kitchen, conference room (including wireless internet, whiteboard, data projector, LCD TV, etc), dining room, games room (air hockey, pool & table tennis) and laundry facilities.
OUTDOORS: Both the conference room & dining room open out onto a shaded courtyard area with BBQ facilities. The site also offers large sporting ovals and an outdoor basketball system.
FACILITIES OFF SITE: We are just 5 mins walk from the beach (patrolled daily between Sept and April) to enjoy surfing, swimming, fishing, beach walks and team building activities and only a 1 min ride to Wollongong's 26km scenic coastal bike track. Less than 15 minutes drive has you enjoying escarpment lookouts & many other local tourist attractions.
