SITE ENVIRONMENT: Situated in the heart of the Shoalhaven, Waymount Farm is a self contained beautifully appointed luxury country retreat nestled in the foothills of Cambewarra Mountain with stunning views across the pasture to Cambewarra Mountain.
DISTANCE AND DIRECTION FROM Sydney: 2hrs drive south of Sydney
ACCOMMODATION: The main house has 5 spacious king bedrooms all with luxury hotel quality bedding and linen, a king single ante room and loft with a double day bed. The separate guesthouse is also fitted with a double day bed. Sleeping combinations can accommodate up to 7 couples or 13 singles.
ADDITIONAL:
PROVIDED: The house is cosy in winter with 2 timber fireplaces and individual heating in each room. Summer is cool and relaxed with year-round split system airconditioning.
CATERING: self catered only. Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking accessories, china, serving platters, quality glassware and stainless steel cutlery.
FACILITIES ON SITE: is equipped with a host of technology inclusions to keep everyone occupied including - DVD, Play Station 2 and 3 CD players. Challenge your friends to a game of pool or snooker on the 7x5 slate pool table or try table tennis in the guest house.
OUTDOORS:
Guests can dine and relax by the pool in the garden courtyard which features a large umbrella, teak outdoor setting and 6 burner gas BBQ. The pool itself is large enough for lapping. the property itself is lovely to walk around. Stroll along the meandering creek that encircles the property and catch a glimpse of water dragons, ducks, wombats, wallabies and birdlife galore.
Waymount Farm is a permanent home to horses and cows which graze on the property. These animals may be approached with care and fed carrots and apples.
