There are 3 main dormitory style residences, Andre Hall, Ella Boyd Residence and Watson Hall. There is also small guest accommodation and 1 cottage that sleeps up to 26 people. Bedding, linen and towel packs are supplied.

ADDITIONAL:
Avondale offers venues and facilities on its Lake Macquarie campus for hire. The facilities cater to clients seeking accommodation, classrooms, food services, performance spaces and sporting facilities. The Cooranbong-based campus, located close to the M1 Pacific Motorway, features historical buildings and picturesque, mature gardens.

Avondale College’s largest and oldest campus is located just over an hour north of Sydney and set in peaceful Lake Macquarie.
