Glenn Posford

Glenn has been involved in Christian camping for almost as long as he can remember, becoming involved as a volunteer leader on many holiday camps from the time he was in his teens.

This led him into working in full-time ministry within Christian camping. 

While Glenn has worked across a number of different sites, roles, and organisations within the Christian camping industry, he is currently employed as Manager at Winmalee Christian Conference Centre in the Blue Mountains. 

Glenn has a real passion and a heart for people to hear the Gospel through Christian camping, conferencing, and outdoor education.

Joshua Roberts
COMMITTEE MEMBER

Joshua has been around Christian camping for over 10 years as a camper, camp leader, outdoor educator, and supervisor. He has a passion for our ministry.  

After high school, Joshua studied a Diploma of Christian Studies with Youthworks Year 13, gaining significant experience leading multiple children's ministry teams. He also has experience as a Christian Outdoor Educator, through the Youthworks Outdoor Ministry Traineeship. 

Joshua currently serves at Youthworks Conference Centres, on secondment as the Projects Coordinator. Before this, he was Guest Relations Coordinator at Port Hacking, overseeing guest-facing operations including food service, activities, and hosting guest groups.  

Joshua currently attends Soul Revival Church, Kirrawee. 

Kat Swaisland
COMMITTEE MEMBER

Kat has worked for CRU for more than 12 years as part of the Educational Camps team. 

In her role, Kat oversees Camp Coordinators, runs camp programs and helps train others in their camp facilitation skills, VET course requirements, and biblical training. 

She has a genuine passion for camping ministry and is encouraged daily, seeing God work through camps and their staff members. 

Kat is keen to continue her role on the Regional Committee, to see God working through CVA and support other members in their ministry.
