Since 1974, Christian Venues Association's (CVA) national membership has been made up of campsites, conference centres, retreats, and activity providers, who host and serve community, charity, church, and school groups in all Australian states and territories.

Within the membership are long-standing life members whose connection with Christian camping pre-dates the association, and whose commitment to the work of this important ministry continues long after retirement from active participation in the sector.

CVA also partners with businesses and ministries who align with the vision of Christian Venues Association. 

 

MEMBERSHIP TYPES

Members must agree to the CVA Statement of faith, agree to the CVA Code of Conduct, demonstrate active affiliation with Christian camping ministry, and provide the faith journey of the person who has authority over the day-to-day operations of the organisation.

  • ORGANISATION - Christian conference centres, campsites, retreat centres, activity providers, etc.
  • CORPORATE - the head office or overseeing entity of a CVA member organisation.
  • LIFE - individuals who have given outstanding and exemplary service to the company of Christian camping in Australia (each Life Member is at the discretion of the CVA Board).

ASSOCIATE TYPES

Associates are organisations and individuals who wish to be aligned with Christian Venues Association whether it be through services provided, individuals employed by CVA member organisations, or associated ministries or businesses that have aligned vision with CVA.

Associate Partners must agree to the CVA Statement of Faith, agree to the CVA Code of Conduct, and demonstrate active affiliation with Christian camping ministry.

Associate Individuals must agree to the CVA Statement of faith and demonstrate active affiliation with Christian camping ministry.

  • PARTNER - churches, service providers, camping agencies, etc.
  • INDIVIDUAL - board members, employees, or volunteers of a CVA member organisation.
