By registering for National Conference 2026 you are confirming that you have read and understood the below terms and conditions.
Registration
Registrations close Monday. 22 June 2026, 5pm (Australian Eastern Daylight Time). Cancellations on or before that date will receive a refund of 100% of the conference fee. No refunds will be given after Monday 22 June 2026.
CVA reserves the right to change or cancel the conference due to circumstances beyond our control. In the case of a conference cancellation, a full conference fee refund will be provided and CVA will provide as much notice as possible. However, CVA is not responsible for any other costs or expenses incurred by attendees.
Image Release Statement
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Christian Venues Association’s (CVA) events and other activities constitute’s an agreement by the registrant and or attendee to CVA filming, photographing and or recording the attendee. It also constitutes an agreement that those photographs, media images, videos and or audio recordings can be used for CVA’s promotional or commercial purposes, in print and or electronic formats, may be edited as required, and will encounter no claim by the attendee or anyone associated with the attendee (now or in the future) over future use or fee or payment. Should the attendee decide that they do not wish for their image or voice to be used by CVA they must email events@christianvenues.org.au prior to the particular event or activity’s official start.

By submitting this form, you declare that the information is correct and accurate. You also understand that any wilful dishonesty may render the event registration, terminated with no refund.
By submitting this form, you are also consenting to your information, being used by Christian Venues Associations portfolio members, current and future, being used for contact purposes in relation to relevant Christian Venues Association communications.
Information you provide and any other details you may provide to Christian Venues Association whilst in attendance at the event, will be dealt with in accordance with relevant laws. It is never sold or given away, and is only shared with third parties, in accordance with your consents, or as contractually or legally required to comply with the law.
