Melle Zwerver
CHAIR

Melle became the board’s Chair for Camp Clayton, Ulverstone, in 2018. He took on the role of CEO at Camp Clayton in 2019.

At the same time, he was introduced to the work of CVA and the power of collaboration between the various venues, especially those in Tasmania.  

“I had the privilege to go to my first CVA national conference in 2022 and experienced first-hand the power of the greater CVA network and hope to continue to bring this to Tasmania CVA Regional Committee.” 

Melle and his family continue to attend and be involved at Oldaker Christian Church in Devonport. 

Ian Edgar
COMMITTEE MEMBER

Ian has been involved with Christian Camping since 2002, firstly at Alexandra Park in Queensland from 2002 to 2018 and served as Manager from 2004.

Since 2019 he has worked at Poatina Chalet, firstly as Development Manager and currently General Manager. Ian has a passion for and is keen to support CVA members and the ministry they provide in its many and varied forms.

He served on the National Board for 12 years, and on Queensland Regional Committee. Ian has been on the Tasmania Regional Committee for the past four years. Ian is married to Leanne and has two adult children David and Elizabeth. 

Robyn Dunlop
COMMITTEE MEMBER

Before answering the call to join Spring Beach Youth Camp in 2014 with her husband Ian, Robyn was a teacher working in Queensland.

Their move to Tasmania has been a blessing to them and to the groups they serve. Her commitment to the work of Christian camping has also seen Robyn serve on the National Board of CVA since 2020 as the Tasmanian Representative.
