CVA: Where Members Thrive
Christian Venues Association (CVA) creates connections that enable members to thrive in their Christian mission. As a member-focused organisation, CVA was created to serve and support Christian venues and service providers across Australia. CVA is a strong advocate for our members and provides representation and a collective voice to government and the outdoor sector. As part of a global network of member associations, CVA provides regular opportunities for members to connect through regular conferences and webinars; creates access to professional services, training and development days; and offers opportunities to enhance the market presence and buying power of members.
We see engaged members growing in capacity, developing people and systems, and prospering in their Christian mission.
Since 1974, Christian Venues Association (CVA) has grown to serve more than 160 members across Australia. This national membership is made up of campsites, conference centres, retreats, activity providers who host and serve community, charity, church, and school groups in all Australian states. Also within the membership are long-standing personal and life members whose association with Christian camping pre-date the association, and whose commitment to the work of this important ministry continues long after retirement from active participation in the sector; as well as businesses whose purpose is to support and serve Christian venues.
Incorporated in 1990, CVA is a not-for-profit Company, governed by a National Board who are elected by the membership.
